Why Showcase Properties Unlimited?
Showcase Properties Unlimited is a new company composed of experienced agents. It is a company that is agent driven, meaning that agents at Showcase Properties Unlimited have a say-so in what happens. They don't work for Showcase Properties Unlimited, they work with them. They help us decide what's important, our office policies and procedures, and how we spend our money that's budgeted for the agents benefit.
It is a company with a vision and mission: to bring your life, your career and your family into synchronicity. It is a company that not only believes, but practices the belief that agents bring in the business. It is the company's place to make things simpler and more accessible for agents to accomplish that goal.
It is a company that encourages education. An undergrad degree works well, but it's the advanced degrees where people really soar. It's no different in real estate. The general public may not know what your designations mean, but they will see the difference in the quality of your work. You will see the difference in the amount of your earnings. What we don't teach, we'll advise where and how is the best way to accomplish the education you'll need.
It is a company that discourages in-house competition. We realize that there are times when you will be competing for the same listing or the same buyer. But when you do, we expect that you will do so in a manner that exhibits the highest degree of ethics, professionalism and honesty. We don't believe that we need to denigrate another in order to secure that listing or get that buyer. We only need to show what we do that's different! What we do that's more beneficial to the customer.
We believe that agents should have money to direct their businesses the way they choose while still following higher standards of consistency in customer handling. Our commission splits were arrived at so that agents could accomplish that level. We have arranged for services at the lowest cost with the highest benefit so that agents can pick and choose the services that they feel will help them stand out and bring more to their clientele while staying within the budget they set.
We are agents that share, we share our time and our knowledge with each other. We are encouragers. We know everyone can do it. We know that no one succeeds alone and we know that if another is successful, we will be too. What you give away comes back a thousand-fold.
We are a company that welcomes change. Whether it's the type of business being done, the personality types of new agents in the office or clientele, we embrace it and make it a part of whom and what we are as a company. We look forward to technological advances and how they may help us in our business, the challenges that a changing market can bring to us and how we need to change to adapt to it. We believe in protecting our planet and what we can do to make that better. We believe in people, in diversity, in spirituality, and in you.
